  • September 8th - On Line

What's New

  • It does not appear that the Bozeman High School Woods shop will be available for our September meeting so we are planning to hold an on-line meeting via Zoom. We will make some efforts to help people set up on Zoom ahead of time so we do not spend the entire meeting trying to get everyone connected.

Dean has gathered some information on how to get connected via Zoom (Click here for the document) and he has created a detailed troubleshooting guide which you can find here.
Please check these out and get up to speed on Zoom.

Ahead of the meeting you will get an E-mail with a link to connect to the meeting. If you have your computing device configured ahead of time you just need to click on the link and you will be connected to the meeting.

The members that are in the private Facebook group will be setting up some practice Zoom calls to get everyone comfortable with technology.

  • Upcoming items to consider are:

    1. Elections of new officers
    2. How we continue to keep the Guild going in the age of COVID-19
    3. Demos (If possible) in the fall for the High Schools (we will have the opportunity to demo at both schools)

  • In an effort to keep the communications going but still maintain social distancing, we have set up a private Facebook group for the NRWG members to share their latest projects. You will need request membership on the Facebook page to view and post. Check it out here and sign up.

  • The secretary of the group is cleaning up the e-mail listing. If you have not been getting meeting announcements be sure to drop Dean an e-mail at

  • The meeting night is the second Tuesday of the month. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. As always guests are welcome and be sure to bring your latest work for show and tell.

  • The library is a resource for guild members. The library is brought to each meeting. If you have books/DVDs/Videos that you would like to share you can donate them to the library or loan them and retain ownership.

If you have not been getting the newsletter via e-mail please contact the Guild Secretary with your current e-mail address.
